We use an automated shipping system. Change on shipping details or cancellation cannot be accepted after payment is made. You can follow our return policy for more information.
To aim in smooth and speed of delivery, ensure your address is correct during the checkout. If parcels are not collected from your local post office, or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded.
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
Delivery Times
Your orders are processed and dispatched through our automated shipping system, operating from our warehouse in Brisbane. Please note that our warehouse is not accessible to the public for order pickups.
Once orders are placed, they cannot be modified. Postage costs are determined at the Checkout Page based on the quantity ordered. Following dispatch, you will receive a tracking number.
Our standard handling time is 1-3 business days.
